Ginko invested 300 million RMB to establish its operations as a world-class optical manufacturing center. The 62,479.4 square meters of facilities were built in accordance with international GMP standards, assuring the highest quality products. From factory buildings to equipment, managers to workers, Ginko has built a world class operation. •Automatic Cast Molding Lens Production Lines Ginko International Co., Ltd. introduced automatic cast molding production lines from the UK in 2007 and an advanced German high-speed injection molding machine, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and stability in the cast molding production process. The production line configures the online computer auto-inspection system (AIS), to ensure surface quality accuracy of every single lens. With its high-speed and precise features, annual production reached 80 million lenses in 2009. •Auto Filling and Packaging Line Leading edge technology was also introduced in the lens care solution line. Ginko imported the newest and most precise high speed auto filling and packaging automation from Italy, making the production line more efficient and making it possible to produce 60 million bottles of lens care solution in 2009. •World Leading Water Ultra-Purification System Ginko's manufacturing facility has integrated into its manufacturing process a water ultra-purification system imported from Taiwan. This system can produce 25 tons of ultra-pure water which meets pharmaceutical industry standards.
